Mikros Vorias Riesling
P.G.I SLOPES OF AIGIALEIA
This great northern variety, Riesling, grows on 1,000m of altitude on the aigialeian slopes. This fact alone, gives this rare wine its unique character. In its aromas of white blossoms dominate gardenia, jasmine and lemon which are being supported by basil and mint fragrance. In the mouth it is rich with a fresh acidity that offers balanced taste with a long aromatic finish. Rieslings personality and charm evolve in the bottle where it takes the characteristic petrol colour of the variety.
This variety comes from one and only vineyard in Vilnia on an altitude of 950m. The soil that nurtured those grapes consists of clay and emery in a cohesive conglomerate with sand background, with yields are no more than 6000k/ha
