Cultivated among the firs at an altitude that reaches 1000m, the grand grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay enjoy the meltemia, the northerly winds that cool the mountain slopes in summer, yielding a wine with a fresh bouquet of citrus, unripe exotic fruits and green notes of asparagus. Made in the wine-growing zone, in our pioneering gravity-flow winery which makes full use of the sloping terrain of Aigialeia.
