Cultivated among the firs at an altitude that reaches 1000m, the grand grape variety Sauvignon Blanc enjoys the meltemia, the northerly winds that cool the mountain slopes in summer, yielding a wine with a fresh bouquet of citrus, unripe exotic fruits and green notes of asparagus. Made in the wine-growing zone, in our pioneering gravity-flow winery which makes full use of the sloping terrain of Aigialeia.
