In the dry and rocky syracha, where the slopes of Aigialeia’s mountains intersect to form an ideal terrain for ‘heroic viticulture’, the versatile indigenous Roditis is grown alongside the elegantly cosmopolitan Viognier to produce a unique blend. The wine ages sur lie for five months in our gravity-flow winery and is then matured in the bottle to create a full-bodied gastronomic white wine with an imposing personality.
