The Rouvalis family vineyard has stood for generations at Fragosykia, Aigialeia. The wine’s unique colour recalls the prickly pears after which the site is named. Here, cosmopolitan Cabernet Franc joins with Roditis, the indigenous reddish mountain grape. Aged together sur lie, they yield a mellow, elegant, gastronomic rosé with a complex body and a refreshing aroma of berries, ripe apricots, green strawberries, citrus, prickly pear and fern.
